A Few Superlative Film Plot Lines

For years now, the video store was the way to get movies. These days you can stay at home and get movies form a movie download site. Just about any movie every made can be attained through a movie download site now. Check out these samples.

Born Once more: If one is empowered by the religious reincarnation of President Nixon's advice after his Washington skullduggery' One may be soaked up by this one-dimensional film account. Others take heed! Cast includes Dean Jones, Anne Francis, Jay Robinson, Dana Andrews, Raymond St. Jacques, and George Brent. (110 minutes, 1978)

The Scalphunters: A Western comedy where we find a fur trapper and his highly informed servant. The film has its good parts however it just doesn't create enough laughs. Cast includes Burt Lancaster, Shelley Winters, Ossie Davis, Telly Savalas, Armando Silvestre, Notch Cravat, and Dabney Coleman. (102 minutes, 1968)

Lovers: Aristocrat Mastroianni has a fictional spouse; an organ grinder persuades prostitute Mori to "impersonate" her. While it's not stupid, it's unexciting. Cast includes Marcello Mastroianni, Claudia Mori, Lino Morelli, Plant life Carabella, and Adriano Celentano. (93 minutes, 1976)

Li'l Abner: Vigorous Gene DePaul-Johnny Mercer lyrical based on Broadway rendition of AI Capp's cartoon; loud and brassy, with cheesy comedy, some excellent melodies. Stubby Kaye is fine as Marryin' Sam; other Dog-patch characters vividly enacted. Look acute for youthful Valerie Harper and Beth Howland amid the chorus gals. Cast includes Peter Palmer, Leslie Parrish, Stubby Kaye, Howard St. John, Julie Newmar, Stella Stevens, Billie Hayes, and Robert Strauss. (113 minutes, 1959)

The Devil Wears Prada: Miranda Priestly( Meryl Streep) is the dominant force in the fashion industry. When, by total luck, she falls into a job as Miranda assistant, she seems to have the opportunity of a lifetime. Working for the insufferable Miranda proves to be unbearable, no matter what the rewards might be.

Seabiscuit: This movie is a dramatization of the true story of Seabiscuit, a magnificent racehorse in the 1930's. The jockey, the trainer, and the owner had all fallen on hard times. Seabiscuit was a racehorse that no one believed in. This wonderful horse leads these men out of the tough times, and on to better things. He was a true racing legend.

The Mark of Zorro: An arresting approach to the tale of Joan of Arc, with a colorful Jovovich as the peasant gal who leads her countrymen into battle. However in this rendition inscribed by Besson and Andrew Birkin she additionally queries herself, which causes the film to lose propulsion after an exciting first half. Cast includes Marguerite De La Motte, Noah Beery, Robert McKim, and Charles Mailes. (90 minutes, 1920)

Hot Shots Part Deux: More action films are being spoofed in the second film in the Hot Shots series. Topper Harley is asked to lead a rescue mission to save a rescue mission who went into Iraq to rescue hostages. This poof film takes shots at Rambo, Robocop, Terminator 2 and more.

Casualties Of War: This Vietnam movie was based on actual events that occurred in 1966. We follow a squad of soldiers as they deal with all the difficulties of the war in Vietnam. In the film a full account of different war events are portrayed, the rape and murder of a young village girl is the most disturbing.
